Ate Nhatalya
In Tagalog, the word “ate” (pronounced “ah-teh”) is given to your (feminine) older sibling/cousin as a term of endearment and respect. As an Aries sun sign and older sibling, I write a lot of advice I wish I could tell my younger self, or guidance I’ve given to my younger sister, and younger “soul siblings.”
I hope you find something here that resonates and empowers you. When I have trouble making a decision, I always remind myself to
“Be the human my older self would be proud of and my younger self would look up to.”
Here, I hope you find the motivation to be the best version of yourself. You’ll find articles about romantic and platonic relationships, intimacy, self-love, spirituality and manifestation. You’ll also get my point of view as a new nurse on taking care of your physical and mental health.
I’m taking suggestions! Don’t be afraid to DM me @nursenhatalya on Instagram or email me a quick message at nrpagtakhan@gmail.com!
